3. Appointments & Cancellations

A credit card may be required to hold your appointment.

We request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of any deposit.

Repeated missed appointments may result in denial of future bookings.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due at the time of service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment options.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of medical aesthetics and wellness services, we do not offer refunds on services, treatments, or prepaid packages.

Retail product purchases (such as jewelry) may be eligible for exchange or store credit only if returned unopened and undamaged within 14 days, in compliance with state regulations.

5. Gift Cards, Packages & Promotions

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Expiration dates may apply to certain specials, packages, or gift cards.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment reminders, wellness updates, promotional messages, and other communications from Angel Breath Lounge by email, phone, or SMS.
